The addition of the 202 Loop on the southwestern corner of Red Mountain Ranch has provided easy access to metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona State University in Tempe and Tucson and southern Arizona to the south. West on the Red Mountain Freeway (northern portion of the 202 loop) takes you to major shopping in the newly developed Tempe Marketplace. South on the 202 takes you to more shopping possibilities including the Chandler Fashion Center on the intersection of the 101 and San Tan Freeway (the 202 south loop). Just past the center continuing west on the San Tan Freeway (the south loop of the 202) to the U. S. 60 makes for a quick trip to Tucson and southern Arizona. Vito’s Pizza Place & Italian Ristorante – Obviously serving Italian food Vito’s is a long time favorite of lots of northeast Mesa residents. It’s located a little further away at 1947 N Lindsay Rd.
Rancho De Tia Rosa – Another with Great Mexican food and margaritas, Tia Rosa’s is known for an upscale menu full of mexican recipes and margarita treats you won’t find in other local restaurants. You’ll also be impressed with the decor. You’ll find Tia Rosa’s at 3129 E. McKellips Rd.
Red White and Brew – Their claim to fame – a “bold American” line-up. I don’t exactly know the parameters of “bold American” cuisine, I just know it’s delicious and fun to visit. Find it at 6740 E Mcdowell Rd.
We’ve always had great service and enjoyed the servers at these restaurants.
