The Superstition Freeway (U.S. 60) on the northern border of Dobson Ranch has always provided easy access to downtown Phoenix. The addition of the 101 on its western border now provides easier access to Arizona State University in Tempe and Scottsdale to the north, Tucson and southern Arizona to the south.
North from Dobson Ranch on the 101 takes you to the Red Mountain Freeway (northern portion of the 202 loop) where, going west you’ll find major shopping in the newly developed Tempe Marketplace. Going east on the 202 to Gilbert road and then north to the Beeline Highway is the shortest route to Payson and the rim and White Mountains.
South on the 101 takes you past more shopping possibilities at the Chandler Fashion Center. Just past the center, going west on the San Tan Freeway (the south loop of the 202) to the 60 makes for a quick trip to Tucson and southern Arizona.
